Data we process

The form collects the visitor's name, the phone number, Telegram handle or e-mail they provide, the message, page language and page address. A technical session, form completion time, short-term rate limit and a non-reversible SHA-256 key derived from the IP address are used to protect the form from spam. Form contents are not written to the technical protection log.

Purposes

The data is used only to respond to the enquiry, discuss and prepare the requested event, protect the form from automated spam and, if the relationship continues, perform arrangements with the client.

Delivery and retention

The form sends the data to a handler on this domain. The enquiry is then delivered to the ARLEKINOspb business mailbox using Sprinthost hosting and the Mail.ru e-mail service. The data is not sold or used for bulk mailing.

Enquiries are retained for no longer than one year after the last communication, unless longer retention is required to perform a contract or protect legal claims. Data that is no longer required is then deleted.

Yandex Metrica

Yandex Metrica loads only after separate visitor consent. Declining does not restrict the website. Names, contact details, messages and other form values are not sent to Metrica. Change the analytics choice.

Your rights

A visitor may request access to their data, correction, termination of processing or deletion. A written request may be sent to the operator at the address stated above. It should include enough information to locate the enquiry and describe the request.

Form consent

By selecting the required checkbox and submitting the form, the visitor consents to the processing of the data they provided for responding to their enquiry under this policy. Consent may be withdrawn by a written request to the operator.
